1. Who we are
businessphonesavings.co.uk is operated by [[LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME]], registered in England and Wales, company number [[COMPANY_NUMBER]], registered office [[REGISTERED_ADDRESS]]. Contact: [[CONTACT_EMAIL]].
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What we do
We are a comparison and referral service. We collect details about your business phone requirements and introduce you to telecoms providers who may be able to meet them.
We are not a telecoms provider. We do not sell phone systems, supply lines, port numbers, or provide any telecoms service. Any contract you enter into is between you and the provider, not with us.
3. What it costs you, and how we are paid
The service is free to you. We are paid a referral fee by a provider if you go on to take out a contract with them following our introduction.
This fee does not change the price you are quoted. However, you should know that we have a commercial relationship with the providers we introduce, and we only introduce providers we have such a relationship with.
4. We are not whole-of-market
We do not compare every telecoms provider operating in the UK. We compare offers made available to us by our partners. There may be better options available elsewhere, and you should treat our introductions as a starting point rather than a complete survey of the market.
5. Information on this site is general, not advice
Everything on this site — including savings figures, price ranges, timescales, and explanations of the PSTN switch-off — is general information, not professional or technical advice about your business.
Savings figures are illustrative. Where we show a saving, it is a typical range derived from published UK per-user pricing and typical analogue line rental. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not a guarantee. Your actual saving depends on your current contract, call volumes, desk count, chosen provider and setup. Only a quote from a provider tells you what you would actually pay.
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Regulatory dates and industry timelines can change.
6. Your responsibilities
When you use the quote form you confirm that:
- The information you give is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You are authorised to act for the business whose details you submit
- You are submitting your own details or details you have the right to provide
- You are acting for a business, not as a consumer
You must not use the site unlawfully, submit anyone else's details without authority, or attempt to disrupt, scrape or overload it.
7. Providers are independent
Providers we introduce you to are independent businesses. We do not control their pricing, contracts, service quality, installation timescales, or how they handle your data once we have passed it to them.
We are not responsible for:
- Any contract you enter into with a provider
- Any quote, promise or representation a provider makes to you
- Any loss arising from a provider's acts or omissions
Any dispute about a provider's service or contract is between you and that provider.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and because the service is provided to you free of charge:
- We exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law
- We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss
- Our total liability to you in connection with the site and the service is limited to £100
You are a business user, so we do not exclude liability under any consumer protection legislation that does not apply to you.
9. Missing the switch-off deadline
We provide information about the 31 January 2027 PSTN switch-off in good faith. It is your responsibility to ensure your business migrates in time. We are not liable for any consequence of your lines ceasing to work, including where an introduction was made late, a provider did not respond, or a number port did not complete before the deadline.
10. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not republish, sell or systematically extract content without our permission.
11. Links
We link to third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Changes and availability
We may change these terms, and we may change, suspend or withdraw the site at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
